Jason Holman, owner of Holman Cellars began making Uncharted wine in 2008. Uncharted wine is the embodiment of his vision for sustainable, minimal intervention wine from quality grapes to barrel aging to consumer glass or can. Every wine produced is small lot and sourced from family farms around the Napa area. The name "Uncharted" coincides with Jason's vision for thinking outside the box with his winemaking style and love for playing with unique grape varietals. Uncharted is vegan, small-lot, specially aged and made with rare grape varietals.
